Thank you to this sweet family for choosing me for their newborn session. Sometimes a photo shoot isn't the first thing on your mind when having a baby and it may just get forgotten, but Mum got in contact at the last minute and I was elated I had one space left to be able to fit them in!
I'd say that this was meant to be for both of us!
Natural is my favourite way to shoot. Especially with older siblings. That way there's nothing forced and they are more likely to join in and this is exactly what happened and I captured such a wonderful gallery of images.
I'm always thankful when new parents make the trip to my Colchester studio. And it really is worthwhile. Mum chose a dress for my studio wardrobe and we set about capturing, Axel and his first day's being Earth side!
